For the past 30 years Dr. Strauss has been successfully treating scoliosis patients using a combination of traditional chiropractic methods while incorporating the treatment methods of the CLEAR treatment system, a treatment system developed by the Chiropractic Leadership, Educational Advancement & Research (CLEAR) institute “to effectively treat the condition of scoliosis without the use of bracing or by performing surgery.” The CLEAR Institute has awarded Dr. Strauss their highest level of certification.

Under the direction of founder and head practitioner, Dr Andrew Strauss, The Hudson Valley Scoliosis Correction Center has extensive experience successfully treating irregular curvatures of the spine known as spinal postural distortions, with an emphasis in the treatment and reversal of scoliosis, a class of spinal postural distortion known to cause pain and disfigurement to those afflicted with it.
